Level 4 Software
Stroma, working in partnership with DesignBuilder Certification, offer training Energy Assessors the opportunity to discover DesignBuilder SBEM Software.
DesignBuilder Certification offers a comprehensive training package that enables level 4 Assessors to become competent to produce EPCs using the software in as little as two weeks. The package includes a perpetual software licence for the current version of DesignBuilder SBEM - full details are available at www.dbcert.co.uk.
DesignBuilder SBEM uses an advanced graphical interface and other features, which enables Energy Assessors to produce EPCs much quicker than with some other software tools. Key feature include:
• Floor plans can be imported from CAD drawings or scanned images
• Drawing tools that allow even complex building geometries to be quickly modelled
• Efficient data entry through a data inheritance scheme that allows data to be loaded for the whole building or parts of the building.
• Automatic generation of EPCs and Recommendations report as XML files
• Integration into Stroma’s Accreditation scheme to allow EPCs to be lodged on the Landmark database.
